5 Power Clean 60/42.5kg
30 Double Unders
10 Hand Released Push Ups

*Partner 1: Starts with Power Clean and HR Push Ups
*Partner 2: Starts with the Double Unders
Switch each Round – only one Partner is working!
Partner 1: Double Unders
Partner 2: Power Clean and HR Push Ups

Amrap 3 Min
3 Stone to Shoulder 50/30 kg
6 Push Ups
9 Air Squats

Rest 1 minute. Repeat for a total of 5 cycles.
