Every 3 Minutes for 18 Minutes
Bench Press x 6 reps

*athletes can choose to increase weight or stay consistent
if you increase start @65% and increase 2,5% each set

Then,

3 Sets of
L- Sit Hold x 15 – 30 sec
Rest 1-2 Min

3 Sets of
Single Arm DB Row x 12 reps (each)
Rest 1-2 Min
